We are now calling on all Sr. Sales Specialist Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned Sr. Sales Specialist to join our team! Bring your A-game, expertise, and enthusiasm & join us in driving OTO's growth into the MENA Market! Join us and let's conquer new horizons together!
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Present compelling value propositions, negotiate terms to finalize agreements, and ensure a seamless handover of closed accounts to the implementation sales team;
- Customize pitches to address specific client needs and pain points, effectively communicating value propositions;
- Implement effective closing strategies to to secure high-stakes deals and achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas;
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust and consistent flow of opportunities;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine closing techniques;
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and strategies;
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management;
- Track, analyze, and interpret closing rates and other key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making;
- Any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential that have
- 4 to 6 years of relevant sales & SaaS experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Saudi market, including key industry trends, cultural nuances, and local business practices
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the sales profession
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members
- Proactive attitude towards professional growth and skill enhancement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Adaptability to various challenges and changing priorities
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
It will be considered a big plus if you:
- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
