We are now calling on all Sr. Enterprise Account Manager Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned Sr. Enterprise Account Manager to join our team! Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trusted partnerships to drive satisfaction and growth in alignment with OTO's values;
- Generate revenue by effectively managing enterprise accounts and nurturing valuable relationships that support OTO's mission;
- Develop strategic advisory relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement that benefit both the client and OTO;
- Conduct periodic strategic account reviews with key clients to assess their goals, challenges, and evolving needs, ensuring OTO’s offerings align with their objectives;
- Consistently exceed monthly expansion and renewal targets by proactively identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives for revenue retention;
- Optimize OTO's onboarding processes by applying industry best practices and continuously refining strategies to maximize client success and satisfaction;
- Strategically arrange and execute product demonstration meetings with key corporate accounts to effectively showcase OTO's solutions;
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that enhance client value and contribute to OTO's growth;
- Analyze client data and usage patterns to uncover areas where OTO’s products or services can improve client outcomes;
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues to maintain client satisfaction;
- Partner with clients to create and maintain success plans that outline clear goals, milestones, and metrics for progress;
- Establish client advocacy programs to encourage satisfied clients to participate in references, case studies, or provide testimonials that highlight OTO's impact;
- Accurately forecast contract renewals and expansion opportunities to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded;
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with internal teams to help OTO maintain a competitive edge in the market;
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to retention and expansion, focusing on delivering value at each stage;
- Negotiate and finalize contracts that secure favorable terms for both OTO and clients;
- Arrange product demonstration meetings with corporate accounts to effectively showcase OTO’s offerings and capabilities;
- Any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential that have
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking field.
- Saudi National.
It will be considered a big plus if you:
- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
