Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of OTO’s web and mobile applications, transforming prototypes and wireframes into engaging, high-quality UI components;
• Collaborate closely with OTO’s research and development team to shape the overall design and user experience of our software products;
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of OTO’s websites and applications, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces;
• Implement internationalization and localization strategies to effectively adapt OTO’s mobile apps for diverse global markets;
• Ensure that OTO’s applications are accessible across multiple platforms, optimizing for both desktop and mobile experiences;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in applications such as OTO Retail, OTOFlex, OTO Pack, and OTO Mobile to ensure optimal performance;
• Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance OTO’s product offerings and development processes;
• Manage upgrades and maintenance of OTO’s applications, ensuring smooth transitions to new versions without disrupting user experience;
• Optimize OTO’s applications for maximum speed and scalability, enhancing performance for all users;
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for OTO’s mobile applications and APIs, ensuring clarity and usability for future developers;
• Collaborate with team members using version control systems like Git to maintain code quality and integrity;
• Ensure all user input is validated before submission to the backend team, enhancing security and data integrity;
• Actively participate in code review processes, providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement among developers;
• Develop and update technical documentation for frontend development projects at OTO, ensuring alignment with best practices;
• Work with the UX team to guarantee that designs are feasible, practical, and effectively implemented in OTO’s products;
• Conduct user testing and analysis to continuously optimize user experience and drive high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling landing pages and digital content that support OTO's business goals;
• Partner with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and debugging of frontend code, maintaining high standards of quality;
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in frontend development, integrating relevant innovations into OTO’s products;
• Any other duties as required by management.

Requirements:

For this role, it is essential that have 

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any other related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Requirements: Extensive Knowledge in React/React Native, Typescript, Redux, Redux Sagas, Redux Thunk, React Hooks and
  React Navigation, React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component
  lifecycle and component state, programming languages such as JavaScript/HTML, Git version control tool, consuming/integrating with RESTful APIs, releasing apps to the AppStore and Google Playstore, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Firebase, websocket architecture and implementation, and Agile development team

It will be considered a big plus if you:
