We are now calling on all 3PL Specialist Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned 3PL Specialist to join our team! Bring your A-game, expertise, and enthusiasm & join us in driving OTO's growth into the MENA Market! Join us and let's conquer new horizons together!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time operations and conduct day-to-day delivery activities;
• Manage live operations and handle real-time customer interactions;
• Resolve logistical issues promptly and troubleshoot issues;
• Ensure clear communication with delivery partners and customers during live operations;
• Live track delivery orders daily and Coordinate communication with internal teams for smooth order delivery.

Requirements:

For this role, it is essential to have 

• At least 5 years of experience in live operations within logistics or delivery
• BSc degree in a relevant field
• Fluency in both written and spoken English 
• International shipping experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with fleet management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team 6 days a week & rotational shifts
