We are now calling on all Sales Development Representative Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team! Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and potential prospects within enterprise organizations;
- Support in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting efforts;
- Assist in initiating outbound communication via phone, email, and social channels to introduce OTO's products/services to enterprise clients;
- Learn to tailor communication to resonate with the specific needs and challenges of each prospect;
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the pain points, challenges, and goals of potential clients;
- Contribute to qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and collaborate seamlessly with the sales team;
- Develop basic technical skills to understand and effectively communicate OTO's products and services to potential clients;
- Grow in the ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into compelling value propositions for enterprise clients;
- Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system;
- Contribute to generating regular reports on outreach activities, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics;
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities within enterprise markets;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives;
- Utilize social selling techniques to build relationships and engage with prospects on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, etc;
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and pain points to help inform product roadmap decisions;
- Support in the development and refinement of sales scripts, email templates, and other outreach materials;
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical behavior in all interactions;
- Any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential that have
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Saudi citizen
It will be considered a big plus if you:
- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
