OTO is now on the hunt for an experienced and energetic Marketing Specialist, who will work alongside a growing Marketing Team and online marketing management would be the core duty of your role. You will be responsible for handling all the social media campaigns such as Instagram, Facebook; Twitter; YouTube; AdWords or Google Ads…etc.


  • Develop content plans and create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

  • Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.

  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.

  • Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.

  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Devise and implement community communication initiatives.

  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.

  • Attend and assist in organizing networking events or relevant industry workshops.

  • Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.

  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy

  • Performing Internet research.

  • Sending out emails and other written correspondence.

  • Preparation of reports and analyses, along with recommendations.

  • Assist with overseeing and managing the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns, delivering campaigns on time, on budget, and on target.

  • Track and report on key campaign metrics on a weekly and monthly basis and collaborate to evaluate and analyze the results of each campaign and program and make improvements.

  • Research and identify other paid social opportunities that would lead to growth and traffic.

  • Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing and perform background research as needed.

  • Any other duties as required by management.

Job requirements


  • 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms, and paid social experience, and social analytics tools knowledge as Hootsuite or similar programs to manage online postings on different platforms.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics.

  • At least two years.

  • Strong Arabic writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.

  • Superb time management skills.

  • Advanced or fluent in English (written and oral).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Results-oriented, efficient, and organized with excruciating attention to detail.

  • Excellent proofreading skills, and ability to translate technical information, and convey it to a lay audience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without supervision.

  • Someone who enjoys building relationships with partners, clients, and coworkers.

It is considered a plus if you have:
  • Familiarity with photography and videography for use in social graphics and content.

  • Design graphics experience.

  • Working knowledge of SEO.
