Tasks & Responsibilities:
Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer demographics to identify potential sales opportunities;
Assisting in the development of strategies to generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events;
Providing support to the sales team by creating sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and product documentation;
Assisting in managing and updating the CRM system with relevant customer information, interactions, and sales activities;
Supporting the marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across different platforms to promote products or services;
Assisting in the creation of marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy;
Managing and updating social media accounts with engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website;
Analyzing marketing and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for management review;
Assisting in the planning and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products or services and generate leads;
Providing support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain positive relationships and promote repeat business;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives;
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing through training programs, workshops, and online resources.
For this role, it is essential that have
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree
Fluency in English at a professional level
Analytical and multitasking skills
Eagerness for research, learning and implementation
Open to the possibility of working with OTO full time upon the completion of the internship period
